It is built upon an education model known as Earn-While-You-Learn. Instead of charging tuition for our mentorship program, we give every Nigerian the opportunity to key into an already successful business model where we hope they will raise for themselves over 6 million in revenue annually.

We start by testing your ability to sell and network with people which is one of the most important skill every business needs to thrive.

If we are convinced, we will enroll you into our Mentor Nigeria Academy, Ikeja, Lagos where we will take you through 31 modules covering how to start, grow and raise funds.

But while you learn, we will allow you to join our existing businesses where we believe you should be able to make about 6 million a year to provide the initial capital to start your business.

At this point, we will assign a Business Growth Mentor to guide your success.

If we are impressed with your growth potential, we will invest in your business or raise funds from investors.
